I disagree both are injury prone throw in Ccj as well, I’ll admit George was moving well in his running , if they can’t get on the ground fit then they need to to be moved on.
I think he means six games in the seniors. So he is agreeing with you. Better to build into the second half of the year.

RH = Robert Hansen
CM = Colby McKercher

If so, that defensive aspect of his game is something that stood out about a big 'room for improvement' aspect for McKercher last year. We either need to figure out how to instill it into him... or figure out how to utilise him in our gameplan to minimise the damage.

Nowhere near enough Toby Pink, Maddie!
They were talking about Riley Hardeman

I dont mind Clarkson being hands off if it gives him the time to come up with a game plan that is ahead of the curve.

I'll believe it when I see it

I'm with you R. True story I was once high up in latency auditing for a chronostatic logistics firm which later sold out to the horny Africa. Anyway I could see the writing on the fence and started dealing on the dark web which proofed very profitable on the downlow.

Not sure why there would be a rush to move anyone on this year.

Its a severely compromised draft, we have no 2nd round pick, most likely 2 F/S picks, probably will only take 3 kids.

Retirements and some easy choices should buy Goater, Archer and George more time to get things right.

Would prefer a little patience over pushing and picking up another Fish!

Some really good reports here well done, I was there today and I have high expectations for us this year, l know half the squad have been sick in the last week…. But…..

Our skills are horrific there is no covering this up, so many missed targets, guys running themselves into trouble in tackling drills……looks like another long year….

Zurhaar only did half a session also, CCJ looks way off it, goater looked lost, George looks super fit don’t understand why he wasn’t in main group, also saw Parker give dmac a spray ( don’t think they are mates)…

Thredgold looked good, I will call it now Goad will be a machine…

End of the day our skills are shit, and we have something like 46 coaches🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

If you think this year's draft is severely compromised, not sure what you will make of the Tassie drafts after it. This is the last chance before they kick in.

Having said that, I'm not sure we'll do a big cut even after cutting so few last year. It doesn't seem to be what we do recently. I think it will likely be a standard 8-10 cut or traded at the end of the year.

Great reports all, I went today. Was interesting I had forgotten that several maybe coming off the trots. I was lucky/unlucky enough to go to training 6 or 7 times last summer but hadnt been this year before today.

Last year I was always leaving thinking it had been somehow a "browns cows" type effort and they didnt seem like a team trying to get off the bottom.

Thought today was quite a step up from last summers viewing in general. A few things the same , LMac missing basic targets, Goater looks shot which i think someone else said, I really hope not because I had him as my number 2 fave after George Wardlaw.

Highlights today.

1. Simpkin trying his candy selling on my man George and getting nailed
2. Daughter collecting footys at northern end, she had a ball and is a lifer.
3. Parker - a machine
4. FOS - a legend in the making. Smooth but kind of a beast at the same time. Just wow.
How'd Whitlock look?

you mean Lmac?
One is a bloods premiership player, knows what standards are required to be the absolute best, doesn't tolerate losing or poor efforts.
The other likes to have fun out there and has a contract where he gets paid per smile.

The only defence RH Jnr knpws is the thing running near the boundary line.

I expect RH to spoil CM in one v one contest

This is their 3rd year on our list ,that’s enough patience, if they can’t get can’t get on the field then they need to be moved on.
On Ccj should have been delisted at the end of last year a spot on our list wasted.

Not surprised by reports of a ‘weaker’ session post gastro, especially for youngsters like Dova and Goad.

Really pleased our outside players like FOS, Powell and Simpkin are training well.

Goad just needs time for his tank and strength. A full season in the vfl with a later afl game, or two, in the year should be the goal.
😂 AFL for Goad? This year?

Skills under pressure has been awful for years. If it’s showing up in pre-season at the very least they’re emulating the game day settings correctly. This is the time for them to learn and improve in this area - you’d hope. I suppose it’s expecting too much for it all to just click.
