Strategy GWS must keep Tom Scully

As a GWS (& North member) I can understand GWS losing Shiel and Lobb due to the salary cap squeeze but it will be very disappointing if Scully goes too - I think it is imperative to keep Scully, such a good runner, leader by example and important player - sets the standard of hard work along...

Bluemour Discussion Thread XII - Facts Not Welcome (cont in pt 13)

Years ago I wasn’t a fan of Maher but think he’s pretty good these days and am also happy that he’s doing well in the ratings. Good work by Hutchy overall with the ratings results.

    Respect to Buckley

100% respect to Bucks today - a gracious loser and class act with how he talked to the cheer squad before the game and to the runner afterwards. Him and the club gave 100% today - like the Pies did in 2002 - Malthouse is very proud of that team coming 2nd and Bucks should be today.

    Robert Walls back to Carlton?

General synopsis here looks like most people believe Carlton bringing Walls back to the club is a positive move and I tend to agree. Stay on track with current plan with Walls as the addition as a consultant/sounding board for Bolton.

    Robert Walls back to Carlton?

Personally I’m a half glass full person and think Walls is worth a shot- surely it’s worth trying something than nothing.

    Robert Walls back to Carlton?

Mixed bag as a coach - actually did well at Fitzroy, Carlton flag then failed, Brisbane really tough but did well to improve them each year - Richmond major fail. A lot of experience though.
