Man, imagine being there. Wow. The peak and in a way the end of the biggest boom in pro-wrestling history.

Was the first WrestleMania I got to watch on the day (instead of months later from the video shop). And the first where I got to watch the Raws and SmackDowns leading up to it. If I had a time machine I'd watch it in person. I was 13.

Wasn't the last WrestleMania of the Attitude Era or before the brand split but things did change with so many ex-WCW and ex-ECW wrestlers soon joining.

One of the few times WWF said BIGGEST SHOW OF ALL TIME!!! and it really was true.

And Jerry Lawler missed out

So good. Funnily enough I've only ever seen the PPV once and I haven't ever actually seen the main event but the mystique and history of the event is iconic to me.

I've watched a few Mania's around that era though and they all were still solid but this was the peak and the end in a way. X8 is great and so is 19. 21 is underrated too.

That final sequence with Kofi and Bryan was great. Loved it when Komi kicked out of the running knee. I still just see Kofi as a midcarder rather than a main eventer to be fair, but then they did put the title on a jobber in Jinder last year, so I probably just need to get over that prejudice!
I Have only seen Ronda in 10 minute matches, that have mostly been a squash. It’s going to be different in a 20 minute match so hoping going in with low expectations, I can be surprised!

Ronda was really good in her Survivor Series match with Charlotte which was going back and forth in a good competitive way.
