I'm now laughing at the pies fans outrage at booing. Hypocrisy at it's best.

Our memories only last a fortnight.

It was shit form to boo Ablett and Sheed in our respective matches against them. Gaff I think is a bit of a different circumstance given the severity of his actions towards Brayshaw - there’s still a human element there but would concede that the world would be a much better place without it.

The closest parallel to it from a Collingwood perspective is our booing of Riewoldt at the 2010 Grand Final march. Again; that was very poor form.

This isn’t an Essendon-only issue, it’s pervasive to all supporter bases at all clubs. All the same, it was disappointing. The world would be a much nicer place without it.

I thought the booing was aimed at the umpires for their shocking performance. They were particularly bad today with Walla tackled high at least three times and Bags clearly taken high early in the last term.

The reason we felt, as a collective, so aggrieved was because the decisions/non-decisions were out of whack. Collingwood suffered no more than the typical few howlers in a game. I think the consensus is that we were reamed. This is the point of the discussion. Adding that Collingwood had some umpiring go against them has little baring on this discussion.

The umps did shocking calls both ways, pretty ordinary to boo and it was coming directly from the Ess cheer squad so they can’t blame non members or some other excuse.
