Any news on Springvale, hear they have added and kept all from last. Also Dingley look like they have lost a few. Is Leony gone from Cheltenham.

Springvale kept all and recruited heavily and big Piva will be a big in for them . Sign on fee and job got him across.
They are very confident about this year .
Chelt very quiet and hearing Lonie is out. Will make it hard for them to win 4 in a row.
Dingley struggling to land that key forward and have gone hard for a couple of east Brighton players from last year.
Stpauls very good recruiting.
Narre Warren been training hard knowing that their fitness was an issue last year

Interesting year for the comp after being at its strongest last year .

What’s training numbers sitting at? I heard pre Xmas they averaged about 12-15 on the track. Pretty poor considering they had seniors, reserves and u19s last year.
They have been in similar positions before eg: 2006 and 2016 and got through, just wouldn’t have thought they would fall for the same trick 3 times over.

Surely this is not club sanctioned. Nothing wrong with a call to arms and they won’t be the last club who have to do this but to put it mildly this is ‘clumsy’.

Seems to be a recurring theme at EB. Load up on external recruits, overpay, create a culture of playing for $ and not the club, disenfranchise a good proportion of the loyal player and supporter group in the process, said mercenaries inevitably depart for better offers, hit rock bottom, rinse and repeat.

Hi mate, pretty sure 88 is going around again. Bevo from what I was told has some travel booked this year but when he's not travelling will be playing. I'm a little removed this year as no longer coaching the ressies so running treasurer role from afar. Moved down Carrum way so looking to get involved in the over 35's (can't help myself!)
