Cal AhChee has done his hammy in State Of Origin match last night... 🤦

It's a massive blow.

The sooner these bullshit games disappear - the better. It's all revenue raising at the cost of teams actually being successful. From a club perspective it is 100% risk and 0% reward.

So whats your opinion you muppet? Is your opinion that he will play round 1? Or is your opinion that he is 50/50?
Wow, someone's angry.

My opinion is he SHOULD play R1, id rather him play than Taylor and Jones.

However based off an internal trial youd have to think Taylor might be in front which given previous years is a surprise

So your opinion of 'he'll play round 1' isn't what you actually think. Gotcha.

Comprehension clearly isnt a strong suit of yours.

Maybe not. Or Maybe you can jump in and tell me which argument of yours you agree with right now?

Is he playing R1? Or is he missing because Chayce appears to be locked in? Maybe before arguing with me - you can finish the argument with yourself.

He'll play R1

Im not supremely confident TBH, id rather he play than Jones but Chayce does appear locked in.

Im not the one arguing, its all you seem to do here.... with everyone.

Agreed. I do love to argue. I often argue with those whose opinions I disagree with.

Unfortunately - this discussion is a bit of a rarity, I am finding it tough to argue with you - because you have two completely differing opinions on the same topic and are arguing with yourself.

Now - can you please clarify:

He WILL play Rd 1:

He WON'T play RD 1 because Chayce appears to be locked in.

Just need to know where I stand on the argument and whether I agree or disagree.

It’s a hitout, no different to the internal trial at port Augusta. Instead of getting hammy awareness in an internal, he got it in SoO. Internal trials are meaningful for the guys on the edge of the 23, but the players that get selected for SoO are most likely better off playing against genuine competition.

And it’s not a massive blow, Ah Chee is a role player that’s probably going to miss Jo more than a round or 2, unless he tore it from the bone. Stop being dramatic.

Not a massive blow? It absolutely is.

If he pulled his hammy - he misses the next 3-4 weeks and will likely miss round 1. Thats compounded for round 1 with us already missing Rankine, Curtin, Draper, Keane.

Whats the risk of him doing it again? Whats the risk of a slow start? These things add up.

Cromulant - instead of a laughing emoji can you just clarify where you stand on this. You had both of the above positions. Just want to know which you believe.

Its very different.

Its a game against the best of the best in a meaningless contest in front of 45,000 fans. These are all young men that are highly competitive with ego's. They are being managed in this game by coaches that have zero interest or investment in what happens to them over the next 9 months.

Preseason is necessary and Yes injuries happen, but you want the club to control the who, what, when and why.

Would you be happy with Crows players playing every Saturday in an amatuer football league in preseason?

I've clarified it already, its my fault you cant understand.

Perhaps instead of arguing with every single person in here youd do better to calm down a touch and use a clear mind.

Kind of different things.

If we had players good enough to play, I'd be quite happy for them to get that exposure around the league's elite. Steel sharpens steel.

Other codes seem to manage representative and international responsibilities, not sure why our players alone require such coddling.

Why are you being so aggressive today to so many posters?

Perhaps if you are having a shit day, log off & chill out.

Hey, at least some people seemed to genuinely think we were a chance in 2026. Good optimism right there.

I'm not sure the injuries will have much impact. This season is a holding pattern IMO until we get a new coach

List isn't good enough to win, and our star midfield prospect is physically cooked already.

The cycle's a bust. Look forward to the rebuild.
