I think it's been fairly commonplace albeit a touch ignorant, that the average joe assumed up until recently that the arab/middle eastern states are somewhat aligned....it's becoming patently clear that it is heavily divided and fractured. Iran has few legitimate allies. Id even suggest that Russia and China really dont GAF about Iran at all. Iran's only legit allies are its tentacles in other Arab states. Their isolation is however to some extent their own doing though not completely.

I think some people think Iranians and Arabs are the same thing, when they consider themselves a different race and religion.

The same people who say out loud: Why don't the Palestinians just go to the other Arab countries so that the white Europeans can move into Palestine.

I'm not sure Trump holds the initiative here.

Iran can keep lobbing low cost drones to bleed out the US/Israeli missile capacity then save themselves from another attack in a few months time.
