Even if they had played in the GF's and lost, they would have gone up, and come straight back down. Hampton Beauie, are examples. No good finishing top 2 and not being able to get it done when it counts, there's a clear difference between B Prem and C Prem, they've been a good team but not the best?

This wont make you happy Bedford I see officer have a u/19 side in Div 1 and Pakenham a 3rds side playing in the Saturday comp maybe a sign of this to come and good to see a few other sides fielding u/19s keysbourgh and Cpl and looking at fixture endeavour hills won the Div2 u/19s and are still in Div 2 which seems ridiculous
