Nurray seems an obvious in.

So the question will be if Dawson plays and whether Fogarty and Ah Chee come straight back into the seniors or have an SANFL game first.

If Walker and Butts are the only forced outs I could see Dawson and Nurray being the only changes.

If they want to fit Fogarty and/or Ah Chee in, and ANB does play then someone like Taylor, Pedlar and/or Bond are likely to be the ones to miss out.

So it seems like the ins are Nurray, Maley and Dawson.

So the third out will be one of Pedlar and Taylor (unless they drop Bond and play Dawson off half back like someone had spoken about).

The whole squad concept is kind of pathetic, I never understood it. Teams can make late changes up to 90m before a match. Which means the whole squad idea is entirely meaningless for Sundays.

Yeah pretty sensible approach really.

Weve done that part of selection reasonably well during the year so far, its just the unforced changes we're stuck on.

I think Pedlar won’t be dropped. The question is whether Fog lines up for SANFL or Richmond. To be respectful to the Tigers does he really need a run in the magoos? Richmond aren’t exactly a dominant force

I reckon (hope) Dawson plays mostly forward in the Tex role with T Murray and Thillthorpe as the talls.

There was talk of Dawson playing in defence. Bond would be the obvious choice if he did.

I think ANB will play. He played the game out and it’s a 9 day break.
