Based on the past fortnight, I’d much rather Buss take their best forward.

The past fortnight where Busslinger has been played on the third best tall forward both weeks? Would be surprising to see him on anyone other than Whitlock or Visentini.

I would have him drop back if his body was okay, like Scotty Wynd, fill the hole to protect Buss and Buku.

I certainly do NOT want to see a situation where Smith is running around the forward line.

My gut feel is that he plays a 50% split between ruck and forward with Smith playing about 50% game time. It's more to take the pressue of him whilst he gets his legs back from injury.

If we lose this one to port tonight the pressure on bevo/dogs will be through the roof against Carlton next week. I reckon if we beat port tonight we will smash Carlton next week but if we lose Carlton will smell blood and could see us capitulating.

You do not lose 4 in row even with injuries after winning 4 without the pressure being on. One was an honourable loss but counts for nothing.

Can only lean on injuries for so long. Blokes are coming back now and 4 straight losses is 4 straight losses.

Definitely seems we’re trying to add more mature bodies. Adding McNeil, Vandermeer, & Coffield last week, then Budarick, Baker, & Smith this week with Davidson, Dolan, & Emmett out. You could even say Hynes has a more mature body than those three. We looked young & slight against the Swans.
