Well it's now or never for Freo to be honest. Pav and Sandi are getting on. Having said that, I have extreme doubts that they can make top 4. Top 8 maybe/probably but not top 4. Because lets face it, all things are almost always never equal in footy.

I don't necessarily agree that Hooker has shown more than Pears. After his 2009, Pears was rated behind just Frawley as the best young key defenders in the game. Since then he's spent more than half the time injured. Hooker has been solid but the only thing he's got him covered in is games...

In their defense Grigg was a substantial upgrade on Collins who is fairly terrible. If they do end up getting Maric it's out of necessity as they essentially have Graham and that's it. No comment on Houli though lol.

Just on that Murphy stuff - had he not fumbled everything that went near him in that last quarter, especially in the last 5-10 minutes when they came back, Carlton would have won. Obviously quite amusing to watch for me but he's a much better player than that.

Doesn't mean that much, they're only mock drafts after all. Every year there are surprise picks in the first few rounds that no-one expected (and sometimes know) and a solid bunch of players who were highly rated in mock drafts not getting drafted at all.
