Is RIPPER_46 doing this for every side of do we get the special treatment for some reason?

Bulldogs will be a tough game, no doubt about that. At least we don't have our number 1 headache against us (Nathan Brown) anymore.

Port in Rd 2. We beat them at home last year so there is nothing stopping us from doing it all over again this year.

Essendon away. Again will be tough, but which games aren't? If I could, I'd go over to Melbourne for the weekend to see this one.

Brisbane Lions - Heck, if we can beat them by 69 points away in the middle of the season I'd like to think we can get the 4 points for this one.

Calton - Will the Blues have learnt who their new team-mates are yet?

Fremantle - Rd 6. Impossible to judge how either side will go. We don't know about form, injuries, suspensions, availability of players.

Ripper's concern for the eagles is far greater than any west coast supporter's I know.

It's what happens when you waste your life away in meekatharra

All us Docker fans worry about points leaking from Subiaco.

GoEgos was able to determine, from judicious selection of some of last year's results, the possible or likely outcome of five of these games, but for some reason has to wait on little details like form, suspensions and injuries when it comes to the Fremantle game.

One is tempted to ask why this is, but then one knows the answer already.

Ok, Aborted Mission just to make you happy I'll do the Rd 6 vs Dockers game, just for you.

Rd 6 vs Fremantle: Combining the two scoring shots from the Derbies in 2003, the Eagles had 55 shots on goal, whilst the Dockers had 39. If the Eagles can show their early good form, as they did last year with a few wins on the board, and convert their opportunities into goals, there is no reason why they can't attempt to a repeat 35 point victory as they did in Round 5, 2003.

good work 'go eagles'.

perhaps he could not comment on the derby as by that time we could be without cousins judd gardiner and matera. even if we didn't have them we'd still beat them in round 6 and hell we will by 45points.

You blokes are 'special' to me. I like the way you are usually so teaseable but must admit that I expected a far more spirited defence of the possible 0-6 scenario and more of a discussion about the draw. Instead all we got was a glib "we did it last year so we'll do it again" from Go E-girls and an attack on the town that I choose to live in and has been very good to my family & I.

IMO your draw for the first 6 rounds could hardly be worse, Play the Premiers the Minor Premiers & us at Home and probably the three teams away that usually match up well (and have a rivalry) against you.

I can only assume from the lack of debate that deep down you agree with me.

Ripper's carton spread seemed a fair sort of bet to me. If I were a Weavil and I thought WCE were going to win any more than two games leading up to the first derby, I'd take it in a trice.

Nice try buddy.
I think even Carlp will tell you not bet as made.
I suggested we bet, a offer was made, I did not accept.
There as not bet.
Though I am now suggesting a bet on the derby.

I thought it was a fair thing too.
So Sera old mate, are you going to supply the refreshments for me to drink while you beat Melbourne or is Black Thunder?
