McEvoy, Lake, Gunstan, Hawks 3rd tall back from North - forgotten his names were either up and coming players, B Grade players, or players pushed out by there club.

We have gone for Riewoldt, Cloke, etc etc all A graders which are much harder to get.

I would rather try to pick the next KPF coming out of Hawks, Richmond and North who are not getting a game at the moment. Ideally out of contract, otherwise we are forced to pay overs.

Not a power forward, but tall and quick enough to be a difficult match up, and can play midfield. Put him in the Colin Sylvia basket.

Speculation has mounted in recent days that Michael Barlow is among senior players considered expendable from a list- management perspective.

Fremantle chief executive Steve Rosich declared they were willing to trade out high draft picks to get the top-end talent they crave.

“We’re pretty advanced in some discussions, so we’ll continue to be proactive and aggressive and add to our list,” Rosich said.

He has (could) play a similar role to what Gunston does. However he seemingly cannot put on any weight

I don't know were exactly it's come from, but i've heard apparently Barlow to North for Black and a 2nd round pick from some of my friends who go for North. Could be a good trade if we expect Weller, Blakely or another young mid to get better next year, but I don't know if we should take the risk.

I would lose my shit if that happened. Black in current form is worth a 3rd rounder at best, especially with the coin hes on.

Wait....Black and a 2nd rounder for Barlow or Barlow and a 2nd rounder for Black?

Barlow is waaaaaaay better than Black. Surely they would have to give us more than that for him.

Also I don't particularly like the idea of trading Barlow. Heart and soul player for Freo. But it did appear as if he was on the outter this season in regards to midfield positions.

Yeah, 2nd rounder as well as Black

It'll end up being a third round pick and nothing else for Black i reckon
