Often the first to move off the snap with explosive quickness and natural bend to alter his momentum on the move and disrupt the blocker's rhythm. A controlled athlete in space to break down and finish with a motor that never quits revving.

Rangy and plays with a ton of energy, closing like a mad man. Highly active hands with a quick swim move to be disruptive. Never quits, with the chase skills to catch ballcarriers from behind. Smart defender with the mid-play instincts to adjust his plan of attack. Two-year team captain and described as a "tremendous teammate" by Notre Dame players.

With the 92nd pick, the Arizona Cardinals select Connor Cook, QB Michigan State

Bruce Arians & Steve Keim get their "QB of the Future" at good value. With Carson Palmer likely to only play another season or 2 and IRL GM Steve Keim's previously stated position that he think's it wise to attempt to pick a QB in almost every draft at some point, Connor Cook makes sense here.

Connor Cook has prototypical size (6'4", 217lbs), adequate athleticism to extend plays with his feet if necessary (4.79 40yd dash) and a strong arm to make all the throws required at NFL level. A 4 year starter in a Pro-Style offense at Michigan State, Cook is already adept at taking snaps from under centre, throwing deep down field on a 7-step drop and making difficult throws outside the numbers.

His biggest flaws are a lack of accuracy (partly stemming from some difficulties in coverage recognition and partly from a desire to go for the big play rather than take the easy option, especially against the blitz) and a "different" personality that may rub people the wrong way. There are also questions regarding his leadership abilities given he was never a team captain despite being a multi-year starting QB.

Probably the 3rd or 4th QB on most draft boards with the potential to be taken in the late 1st/early 2nd round come the real thing in April, he represents good value to the Cards in the 3rd round here, where he can sit on the bench for a couple of years and work on his accuracy before hopefully taking the reigns from Palmer.

With the 93rd Pick, The Carolina Panthers select Harlan Miller, CB, Southeastern Louisiana

Hailing from Southeastern Louisiana, Harlan Miller is not a household name by any means, but his play on tape suggests that he should be in consideration for one of the most talented cornerbacks in the 2016 NFL Draft.

Not too many people around the draft community know about Harlan Miller yet because of his background at Southeastern Louisiana, but do not be fooled as he is one of the most naturally gifted players at the cornerback position in this year’s class. Scouts were raving about him at the Senior Bowl because of his length, athleticism, and tools he brings to the table.

Pick 99 Cleveland Browns - Pharoh Cooper (5'11", 203lbs) WR from South Carolina

High character player and as versatile as they come. He could pretty much play any position on the ground if needed. I think he could become a solid #2 receiver, and should be able to match immediately what we lost by not overpaying Benjamin in free agency. And he's even thrown for a TD, so lets add him to the QB pile too.

At this point in the draft I feel I've covered all of Dallas' needs, so ill just select best available from here on out. If I can't split a QB from someone else though, I will show preference to the QB as it wouldnt be the worst decision to give Kellen Moore a boot up the arse to perform

Anyway, I feel it's time to take my man.

Kamalei Correa, 4-3 DE, 3-4 OLB, Boise State.

He's raw, but has high potential.

Seen some pointing out what he is now and his production claiming he's a 3rd day pick.
Then I've seen others saying he's worthy of being a 1st round pick basd on potential and the fact he interviewed well

For a 3-4 OLB I feel this is a slight reach on current ability, but that potential is too much to overlook.

Plus anyway, Jerry Jones loves Boise State so if anyone is going to reach for a BSU player, it's Dallas

With Pick 102 the San Diego chargers select Max Tuerk, Centre/Guard, USC

Continuing to build from the outside in, centre is probably the chargers biggest need on the O line since Nick Hardwick retired. Tuerk was potentially a top 50 pick before a knee injury took him down at the start of the season, great size, arm lentgh and athletic frame to be adaptable to move on any type of plays.

Interesting that he holds the ball nose to the ground rather than flat, which may take some getting used to for phillip rivers, but none the less, if healthy could be an immediate starter.

With the 104th pick, the Baltimore Ravens select Rashard Higgins, WR Colorado State

"Hollywood" Higgins was extremely productive in college, leaving CSU as its all-time leading receiver in in catches (239), receiving yards (3649), and touchdowns (31). He was also 2014's most productive receiver (96-1750-17) when he had an adequate QB (2015 3rd round pick Garrett Grayson). Higgins is one of the best route runners in the class, having shown to regularly gain separation on underneath and out-breaking routes whilst also being a decent deep threat.

He will probably never be a true #1 WR due to his size and lack of top end speed however, which is why he'd be available this late in the draft.

With the 105th Pick the San Fran 49ers select - Joe Haeg, OT, North Dakota State


The 49ers need some help along that offensive line of theirs. With their first of two picks in the 4th round I've gone with the man who has protected Carson Wentz' blind side for the last two years in Haeg. An athletic mover with good range, Haeg showed up well at the Senior Bowl and enhanced his rep there. Has experience playing on the right side of the line having spent two years at RT for the Binson,. before moving over to LT He'll start at RT for the niners as well, hopefully starting opposite Joe Staley. In the event that Anthony Davis comes back, it'll be good to have some depth at tackle.
