To me Powel-Pepper, although explosive, just lacks the clean disposal we need at this level. Unbelievably explosive and agile, but doesn't think and ends up hacking kicks forward. If he flicked more precise handballs out to others in good positions or learnt to slow down and balance before kicking, he could come good. Venables, Imo, is less explosive but better disposal wise and still has very good burst pace. A good mix of inside outside.
Berry seems like a hard-edged Smith, could definitely use one of him if he could be thrown into the center square from the start.
ATM of the above I'd take them in this order
Venables
Berry
PP
Florent
Sympkin
Logue
Florent is clean, but I'm hesitant to put that on a first on a outside mid when we already have Milera.
