I think we'd most likely take him if there but I'd doubt he would be. I've seen him live on 4 occasions and whilst he's a very good kick on both sides, has good speed and agility he can go missing for large stretches in games. He is a 19 year old as well and IMO has been a little overhyped for what he's actually produced on field.

After Tom Doedee, they are just taken with a grain of salt now. Have no idea who we will draft. Someone obscure i'm sure.

Before Doedee I think Twomey had it all correct, Anderson had no idea, but then he released his draft 2-3 weeks early, Quayle had all the right players going to the right clubs before our pick 16, but the order was a little off with academy bids.

As a said earlier, top 6 looks pretty set and easy to pick, assuming Essendon goes McGrath, after that with Gold Coast having 4 picks in the top 10 it makes it a bit difficult I suspect.

My main desire for pick 13 is that in 12 months time we aren't saying "hopefully the development this year in the SANFL will see him break into the side in 2018"

I'm not really in the mood for another season of reports from people watching the SANFL saying of our first rounder that "he's looking good"

Given the depth of this years drsft is he isn't good enough to play AFL next year, let someone else have him.

We need to start getting a sense of urgency.

More the fact that injury niggles impacted him getting a real clear crack at it I would have thought, once he got up to speed his late season form was very impressive before copping the badly bruised kidney in the first final. Same could be said for Daniel Venables, and a couple of others that had excellent Under Age years, even Todd Marshall was playing banged up in the later part of the season, anyone that saw Todd's football earlier in the year will tell you to disregard his late season performances when assessing his talent.
