We have 34 on primary list right now.
Also 3 on rookie list of A Silvagni, LeBois and Glass-McCasker
Also sounding like an International Rookie from Ireland too.

4 picks in National Draft takes us to 38 on primary list.
After that it just cones down to decisions of take a player or two more on primary list or one year contracted picks in rookie draft.
I think we will be going with a 38/6 split, either drafting a 4th player late in the ND or a player in the PSD & 3 more rookies in the Rookie Draft.

Yep, I am sensing 38 too. Basically if you want 39 or 40 on primary list it is someone you want to draft with a standard 2 year contract or a players own nominated conditions in PSD but that is rarely used now since de-listed free agents became part of player movement options. Better to keep options open with 1 year contracts unless you super confident a late pick in 80's via National Draft you want to give 2 years contract. I reckon SOS will take the 1 year contract method of rookie listing instead.

38 on primary list plus 3 picks in rookie draft plus international rookie without needing to draft seems on cards. Less certain on any other category B rookie sign ups that could come via New Generation Academy system or other sport guys signed on as project type.

Regarding list

Has there been any international rookies who are just a little bit not good enough for NFL background? Like the receivers who could possible build up a tank or is it a completely different skill set ?

Also I’d Love a mid season open agency so players could go to a new club or be delisted half way through the year
That would be exciting

Mason Cox was a WR/TE. Essendon had a WR on their list years ago.

They need to be able to kick, and somehow not wind up in the MLS. Can't afford them otherwise.

Mid season draft was a thing from 1990-1993. It unbalanced the season too much because teams can top up.

Yep I know, I was there to watch every one of those games. Lost 3 games for the year and beat Collingwood. again..... for the Premiership. That was 39 years ago and footy has changed a little.

Casboult 34.18
Wright 30.12
Curnow: 20.12
Silvagni 19.17
Gibbs 17.13
Total: 120.72
62.5% conversion rate.
Increase that to 75% and all of sudden we have another 24 goals on the board.
I cannot understand how AFL coaches continue to ignore such an important KPI.
Cost Melbourne a finals spot. I suppose there is always something good that comes out of it.
You realise 75% would literally be the best ever accuracy yeah? Lockett was 69%.

I think it would be pretty exciting and add a whole new dimension to the game for fans to follow, but I'm not sure if it can really be done well. I know it happens in a lot of other sports, so it's possible.

Also need to weigh up if player X will still be there at your rookie pick/s if up for debate vs the extra year contract.
DFA period could also sneak in for a top up if needed for the senior list in between ND & RD.

You’re a bully bluella have watched a fair bit before I joined
How about instead of sticking your nose into other people’s business just take a breath and all will be good
Ciao
Public forum. You want to privately be a hypocrite telling posters to 'build a bridge' for expressing an opinion about your opinion, take it to a private message. Until then, you can continue to watch me 'be a bully'.

How in earth is telling someone to build a bridge hypocritical?
It was more an unjustified answer wher I stated my opinion and build a bridge.
I didn’t tell “posters” I told one poster.
And with your theory, right or wrong, don’t you believe you’re being the hypocrite with not sending me a PM?
There are flaws in your answers but I’ll let you work them out.
If you feel the need to continue PM me otherwise this conversation is as good as beating a dead horse.
