And looked like crap doing it. The betting line was -60.5 and they never got near it. In other words they underperformed. Looked fumbly and disinterested in the first half and constantly let Brisbane score on their 'great defence'. Port are on the way down. Pies will smash them next week.

In the early days at AO Port had a lot of neutral supporters attend their games, which inflated the crowds. Now the novelty has worn off, the neutrals have stopped going. The crowd numbers that you see reflect the real number of supporters, give or take a few.

In addition, Port's strategy to limit the number of 11 game memberships to allow more supporters to experience a Port home game under 3 game membership has backfired. So they have the capacity to sell more 3 game memberships, or in this case give them away. 11 game memberships should be their bread and butter.

Some stats for the Port Power trolls visiting our board & why your club is devaluing your brand by giving away its product.

Crows have had 1 sub 40k crowd since the AO redevelopment, 38K last year against North on the Thursday night thunderstorm & hail night.
Port have now had 4 sub 40K crowds this season, after only 6 home games.
Last nights 31,772 is the second lowest crowd at AO since the redevelopment. They have now had 16 sub 40K crowds since redevelopment, interestingly the Port Powers only 4 crowds larger than 49,500 were 3 in 2014 and 1 in 2015, none since.

This year Port have lost to teams currently ranked 1, 2, 3, 6, 8 and have beaten teams 11, 12, 14, 15, 17, 18, 18.

And the weather apart from that one game of ours against Freo has been exceptional. On track for the driest winter in many years. Port might finish top 4 due to their ridiculously easy AFL assisted draw and yet the crowds still aren't improving. What's the excuse??!

Logic tells me they would be, but I don't know. Either way, I'd say the majority of the 'subscription' cash would be coming our way. These promotions are about getting people to sign a subscription to gain future revenue.

Pretty sure Port would have to be. Don't know if it'd be legal or ethical for an organisation to onsell another organisation's product without some sort of approval or agreement.
