Since you asked. All the time.

I have had correspondence via email with KT, Burgo, Mark Richardson and several people from the membership team.

I have run into KT at the shops and said hello and well done, not wanting to say more and bother him, and had him stop and initiate conversation in a most generous manner.

I have attended family days, post match functions, members nights, AGMs and more and had very good access to the entire on and off field team.

I have also had lunches and drinks at the clubrooms where I have bumped into numerous players, staff amd ex players.

I have had game day opportunities with my kids to go into the change rooms with the players and for them to go onto the ground.

And I am not even one to particularly search out theae things as much as others do.

Did they refer to you as ‘that stalker’?

They going to present next year’s gameplan for all to see? What a bunch of wank it’s a money grab. If they were going to actually reveal any kind of real information they’d be stupid and if they don’t then it’s just wank.

It is a blatant and cheap ploy to make easy money and get the herd to sign up as members. The delusion runs deep down at the swamp.

Still didn't answer my question...or maybe you just did by the fact that you side stepped it :D

And you missed my point - I wasn't talking about 'community work', but being part of the community instead of apart from it and glorified as celebrities. Didn't Walker get a police escort to a pre-season game in Clare once?
You really think Port players aren't treated the same. The fishbowl exists with players from both clubs.

Anyway if you think an AFL club is a bastian of community membership values you need to get involved with a real community club/organisation to understand.

And just like the world of commerce you have NFI.

The sponsorship deal with Renault ended on October 31st.

In a perfect world, we would have had a replacement signed up in August to announce the week after. But we didn’t - probably because new sponsors don’t have the data necessary to just renew automatically without consideration for commercial realities like the fixture - which is why we have jumpers being sold without a second sponsor. Because no new sponsor is going to make a decision like that until they know exactly what they are getting for their money.

It’s not about instant ROI. It’s about knowing what the ROI is. And since the fixture was released on October 27, relevant parties have known what that is for exactly two weeks.
Why is the fixture relevant when you have a massive Chinese market to broadcast to? I thought the point of the China strategy was that you won't be "hamstrung" by the traditional AFL revenue streams?

Other decent sized clubs have none of these issues. Why do you?

This is not true.

Organisations don't really care about the fixture if they know the brand they are sponsoring is strong and stable enough to withstand any fixture or negative wins or loses season.

I wonder if Lakers and Celtic fans debate which club has the best "community ethic" and clubrooms in their rivalry.

If that is all Tealsters have to chirp about us, the onfield and meaningful aspects of the rivalry must be well in our favour.

Are they a Lions or Rotary club or a Footy Club?

Every year Toyota put their sponsorship on hold waiting on the draw

Why do you always post as if you know what’s going on??

You don’t have a clue and are guessing just to try and make yourself feel better.

The facts are you don’t have a major sponsor, if your club was known as a good bet, clubs would be clamouring. Surely this China thing would make you an attractive proposition? Surely????

It’s hilarious what a shambles they are but you’ve convinced yourself they know what they are doing. There is a word for that, deluded.

By your logic, sponsors only sign on for 1 year deals then!

Ffs can we just ban Janus for the pre season or something. Not only for my sanity or your sanity but for Janus as he will at least get a rather large part of his life back!

I would spend about 20 minutes here. I don’t sit around waiting for the responses.

No, by my logic a new sponsor likes to know the kind of commercial deal they are getting into and the value to their brand by using the fixture for that year as a guide.

6 games nationally broadcast in 2018 has a monetary value that can be extrapolated.

I post common sense and reason. Should we have had a sponsor lined up? Absolutely, and probably why Kelly getting moved on.

Is it some massive concern? Not in the slightest.

Agree
And I participate actively in shitfights but this thing wouldn't last a minute on the Bay.

I think unless we are granted reciprocal rights to post on the port board as critically as this thing does here then it has to go.

While it's funny reading its detritus, it's clearly evident it simply is an idiot that for some unknown reason feels the need to justify all things Port with Crows supporters. Probably because it's laughed off the Port Board !

I can go to the Bay to read the idiots

We don't need it here

Mods
Do your jobs !

You are wrong. We are talking about major sponsor. Mazda isn’t pulling out of North because 2018 is gonna be a bit shit for them. It’s a long term relationship that has bugger all to do with the year by year fixture.

The 3rd & 4th tier and corporate boxes, signage sponsors care about th fixture and are a year by year proposition.

Can I ask you a question?

At what point did you realise that you had made a massive mistake in supporting Adelaide over Port? All your posts ever talk about is how 'popular' Adelaide is with sponsors and how much money you have and the business side of football when it should be about the fact that your club is meant to be part of the community. Which the AFC has proven time and time again that they have massive contempt for because it's run by the likes of Chapman.

Newsflash: no one at Port Adelaide gives a shit about the Crows. In fact, Adam Thomson who works in the Commercial Department told me that they have a policy at Port Adelaide to never talk shit about AFC because quite frankly you're irrelevant to what we are doing. You lot like to do that because it makes you feel superior, but it just makes you look insecure.

Oh, and we are selling jumpers without a second sponsor because most companies don't make sponsorship decisions in November when there is literally no air time for their branding so there is little ROI. But we don't want to miss out on potential Christmas sales.
WTF?

The vast majority of South Australians support us because we're the club for ALL South Australians.

You guys are just the toothless, lowest common denominators. You don't attract sponsors because you are an unattractive demographic.

We barely think of Port. They're like North Melbourne, the Western Bulldogs or Gold Coast Suns. Just one of the minnows. If we look to any clubs, it would be the other power clubs, not a little regional battler like you.

And you missed my point

You have no point
You have verbal diarrhea that is not only uniformed but your posts are poorly constructed streams of consciousness that are non-sensical garbage.

Your posting is not only hypocritical but each post invariably contradicts the one before

In all - you're a idiot!
