Let's hope that's it, would hate to see Port get a decent coach who imports a strong culture like Francou or Dew.

I'm in this camp. It may well be true but I tend not to believe it.

Ken would run at that. Gold Coast would remain irrelevant for 5 more years .

And he would still get to China for a holiday

I think Bassett will struggle with modern AFL coaching/tactics

His mid 2000s mega flood was not effective against good teams thus year. Made their raw defensive stats look good as poor teams struggle with it. But good teams always to find a way through and it limits their own scoring chances.

Rest assured even if Kern does leave, we should still get 8 Premiershiop Points from them.

Ken staying at the Power is great for the AFC. Port will not win a flag under him, by the time they realise this they will need to gut their list and begin a massive rebuild. I expect their tarps to be back in action before the end of next season.
