STRENGTH: Kicking, vision, versatility, vertical jump
IMPROVEMENTS: Consistency, inside game

SUMMARY: Tom Murphy is an interesting prospect who given a clear run of injuries, could be a diamond in the rough. He has shown over the past 18 months he can play anywhere on the field, often settling at half-back or on a wing. He is a fantastic kick and is able to pinpoint passes across any distance, while he also impressed at the Victorian State Combine with his vertical jump score of 67cm despite coming off injury at times this year. His consistency needs to improve as does his inside game, but there’s a bit to work with when it comes to Murphy.

Sounds a bit like the guy that we took last rookie draft. Haha I've already forgotten his name.

Snapping up Wagner would be a dick move by the Cats.

Why?
Once we delist him he is free game to go to whoever values him higher than us. We do have a pick before the cats, so we have an opportunity to take him if we really want him.
The only scenario where I see a club doing "dick move" would be if the player has had years of injuries and we have stuck by the player through that time. An example is cam Delaney who coincidentally went to Geelong.
