He doesn't look 191cm standing next to Mora.
Umm camera angle. Ill move on but ive stood next Ethan and he is taller than Mundy.

nless you have an amazing ability to judge height, it means you are definitely putting Hughes in KPP territory, 193+. Either way Hughes is one of the more interesting players on the list in terms of ceiling, flexibility and ideal position.Umm camera angle. Most of that I am agreeing right back at you. Being in the side I a nod to Mr Mundy.Agree with your comments and a good breakdown.I'd have Matera and McCarthy as half a chance.Taberner has surprised most each year with his improvement. We may see it again.
No biggy but in decline can also deliver consistent footy.
Mundy never relied on pace and he's probably about the same speed as ever,Sandy similar.Size and brains haven't changed, may play another year,we'll see.

I would love to be a rebounding defender on the opposing team with that forward line , Hamling is a lock at full back , A.pearce is going to need awhile to reach his best but will be CHB not FB , But just my opinionThe Up-side
Ready to breakout
High impact addition
Already at peak
In decline
FB. Hughes . A. Pearce . Logue
HB. Wilson . Hamling . Ryan
C. B. Hill . Neale . S. Hill
HF. Bennell . McCarthy . Walters
FF. Matera . Taberner/Apeness . Cox
Fol. Darcy . Fyfe . Blakely
I/C. Mundy . Tucker . Langdon . Pick 2/5 (a bit cheeky here)
Other; Spurr, Johnson, Ballantyne, Sandilands, D Pearce, Kersten,
Not classified; Nyhuis, Duman, Strnadica
That’s the exciting thing about a team in rebuild mode. You see upside and improvement all over the park. I am not saying 14 players are suddenly going to explode into a fully functioning team and chase down a finals tilt in 2018. I would love some more green and blue down our spine. But heaps to enjoy watching that lot develop.
It isn’t really meant to be a detailed positional best 22, but if it helps you to put Cox on the bench and pick 2 in the pocket, no problem.I would love to be a rebounding defender on the opposing team with that forward line , Hamling is a lock at full back , A.pearce is going to need awhile to reach his best but will be CHB not FB , But just my opinion

Yeah probably a little picky hadn't had my meds yetIt isn’t really meant to be a detailed positional best 22, but if it helps you to put Cox on the bench and pick 2 in the pocket, no problem.
I like the colour coding for where you think they at , I hope you are right about Apeness as ready to break out , If he has another poor season he might be in red for 2019 (or not on the list at all)I don’t see much difference between McCarthy and Taberner in terms of potential. They both may improve, but to me have got into a range where it is time to produce rather than to have potential. My greens have gone a step further I think and are producing, with a couple like Pearce and Apeness returning from injury. Maybe it’s a fine line.Height can fluctuate and things like footwear, especially footy boots versus bare feet, is the difference of two or so centimetres. So too posture. Mundy isn't very upright whereas Hughes really is.
Sad people have ruled McCarthy as already at his peak. What, one proper season in? He was incredibly average this season and desperately needs a mature body to help him out.
Considering Im confident our first two picks will be LDU and either brayshaw or cerra
My best 22 prediction. By the end of the year not at the start of the season is
B: Ryan Hamling Logue
HB: Wilson A.Pearce Blakely
C: S.Hill Neale B.Hill
HF: Walters McCarthy Bennell
FF: Mundy, Tabs Matera
R: Sandy, Fyfe, LDU
I/C Tucker, Brayshaw/Cerra, Darcy, Hughes
Em: Langdon,

I don't see it happening, a good sign will be if he stays in the leadership groupI still have a nagging feeling that Spurr will be in the round 1 team. He was locked into the Best 22 until the late season injury.
I definitely want him in the 22 but couldn't find a spot. I definitely think it will be close between him and Tabs. For what it is worth I think Cox will be the long term centre half back in the team and Alex Pearce will eventually play forward provided he gets a decent run of games without injury.Hi sherrif.
I am interested that you don't mention Brennan Cox. I thought he had a very impressive first year and I would struggle to leave him out of the team. What is your thinking on this?
I expect that we will play both Sandi and Darcy and I hope you are right and Darcy can have an impact forward.I definitely want him in the 22 but couldn't find a spot. I rate Brennan highly, but expect significant improvement from both Tabs and Mcarthy next year. I also expect Darcy to be a major surprise packet and be good forward so Sandy and Sean are both in my 22.
I would have Darcy, Cam Mc, Cox, SonSon, Bennel and Matera as my front 6. I know some would say they will provide insufficient forward pressure. That may prove to be true, but I would rather have some players who may be dangerous, rather than having players out there to tackle or whatever. Can we play Sandi, Darcy and Tabs in the same team though? And if so, which forward does Darcy replace?
I think that is a problem, a good (not great) player will not need other to bring the best out of him . Adapted to structure and not depend on other Even if there is a Casboult around him , what if he get injured or suspended ? .Hi guys.
Can see a bit of criticism of McCarthy in here.
I think the problem here is that McCarthy isn’t a KPF and is being treated as one. He needs a big bodied KPF as protection. For example a player like Casboult who is an imposing figure that can take pack marks.
