Last year he had a bad hamstring injury early in the season (from memory it was a high hamstring and was out for 4-5 weeks instead of the normal 2-3 weeks) and didn't recover. This year like our entire team, he has been very good for a half and dropped off.

The dumb campaigners that want to harp on about how good of a ruck coach Clarke is need to get a clue. Look at the hit zones that the quality rucks hit and compare them to ours. Chalk and cheese. Even English in this game is able to create and is giving his mids some great looks and putting it down their throats. ROB is having a great year with the work he does at ground level and around the ground but Clarke needs to go or at the very least leave him solely in charge of the women's team.

I think Clarke is a good development coach, shouldn't guarantee his spot in the senior side.
