I'd do the Taz trade.

We need picks and Taz only has a couple of years left.

We also have cover at key defense with McKay and Walker plus Corr coming in.

It would also make DGB a much more attractive option at 2.

Was going to post before the #3 trade thread. I'd 100% do the taz trade.
Would HATE for taz to go somewhere else but he'll be 32 before next season and probably has 2 years left. If someone wants to give us a first for him then so be it; another kid who'll be at the club for 10+ years sounds alright to me.

exactly what does Melbourne have to trade, I doubt they have enough to get Brown and leave us as happy sellers

Langdon's kicking isn't that good. But I agree with your premise. It just makes me wish that we could somehow engineer something like Polec and Higgins kicking to Brown. But I guess that's just the stuff of dreams.

I think if you're talking a straight swap for a pick inside 15 it would be irresponsible of us not to consider it. More likely it would be 25 going back the other way though, I'd rather keep him and improve our draft hand another way.
