No unknown player is worth two first round picks plus another top ten selected player who could be worth two firsts themselves after showing their talent under contract, in my opinion anyway.

Not without the power of hindsight

Knightmare says adelaide will ask freo 2020 1st round pick+2021 first round pick + one of serong,young,henry,Bradshaw,cerra....and he also says freo should not do it.

lazy buggers. How about they sit on the bottom for a while and do their own rebuild. More importantly, wouldn't they be more interested in bringing home Lukosius and/or Rankine?

We've got the perfect Brad Couch replacement for Adelaide who coincidentally has the same initials, just in reverse.

Hopes nobody is annoying enough to work out Brennan Cox has the same initials.

Any request like that would be turned down obviously. Their is merit in offering our first and a SA player to the Crows for Pick 1 and see if they bite.

History shows they will use the pick on a young midfielder though, quickest way to improving the team

Thought I’d stumbled onto a parody thread when I read about us trading this years first and next years first AND one of the most promising youngsters on our current list for a pick 1 in a draft where the majority of young players haven’t kicked a ball all season!
Madness.
It’s all Snuffaluphagus fault.

Brandon Walker named on the interchange for EF league but named in the colts. Might not be far off a league debut. Chris Walker and Joel Western also back for colts. O'Driscoll named on the interchange for Perth league.
I was going to like but not sure I want Walker playing well in the seniors.

Keen to see what O'Driscoll can do though.

Do you know if that means he’s playing league or colts?

Anyone know how many rounds are left of PSA, need to see Motlop playing WAFL. Is he Peel as well? Small forwards of Farmer and Motlop :D:D:D
their website says that the last round is on the 5th of September, though Aquinas apparently have a bye next weekend so Motlop could play colts then (he's Aquinas yeah? also think he's at South Freo)

He did play Colts in Rd 1 (yes at South Freo). Only kicked 1 goal in that game but he was up against Walker ;)

A trio of AFL draft hopefuls headline the inclusions for round six of WAFL colts action.

Fremantle Next Generation Academy speedster Joel Western will make his return from a hamstring injury when reigning champs Claremont tackle Perth at Revo Fitness Stadium on Saturday morning.

Fellow Dockers NGA talent Chris Walker has been named for his first appearance since round one after battling concussion and neck issues in a huge boost for East Fremantle’s chances of knocking of ladder leaders West Perth at Joondalup’s Provident Financial Oval.

Exciting 2021 prospect Richie Bartlett is also back for the Sharks after playing the past few games in his home town of Geraldton.

The Falcons will be missing ball magnet Callum Johnson, who earned a promotion to the reserves after his hot start to 2020.
Big-bodied Swan Districts midfielder Zane Trew, rated among WA’s best midfield draft fancies, has recovered from a nasty head knock and will take the field at Steel Blue Oval against Peel Thunder.
Trew started the season with a bang, averaging 28 possessions and five tackles across the first fortnight before getting concussed early in the round three Subiaco clash.
Subiaco coach Chayce Creedy has opted to rest Matt Johnson, a highly-rated draft hopeful for next year, for the live stream clash against East Perth after the gun midfielder’s recent knock to the knee.

“He’s going to have a weekend off because he’s been struggling a bit with a sore knee,” Creedy said.
Recruit Jai Jackson will play on-ball in the Lions’ reserves after a dominant colts debut for his new club last week.
Forward Nick Cleaver is out with concussion, with Jack Quartermaine coming in for his colts games alongside fellow inclusion Sam Broughton.
Sandon Page, who is attracting a bit of AFL interest, has been flying lately, booting 13 goals in his past three goals including two bags of five.
East Perth co-captain Adam Boules is still sidelined with an elbow injury.
The Demons will be without first-round hopeful Nathan O’Driscoll again, with the prolific midfielder picked for his league debut after starring in the reserves last weekend.
O’Driscoll will become the fourth 2020 draft hopeful to play senior WAFL footy after teammate Logan McDonald, Swan Districts’ Denver Grainger-Barras and Peel livewire Isiah Winder.

Thanks for that. I missed that Richard Bartlett is playing EF colts. Freo are trying to have him added to our NGA so will be good to see how he goes against a really strong colts team in WP. Similarly the Walker bros and Haddow all playing is good.
