I think if Curtain tested he would have shot up 1 or 2 spots. He looks super athletic.

Sooky Scotts. "We and I have personally put so much in Ratugolea that we don't want to give him up". GWS didn't put anything into Cameron, same Danger and Crows and all the other players you poached.
Credit where credit's due, at least he's consistently hypocritical:

Are we able to place Logue on the LTI list in lets say January and bring in somebody to fill his spot or does he need to be out for the year for that to happen?

Not 100% sure the current rules, but LTI means they have to out for a minimum of 8 weeks I think, maybe 6. So yes, we can make that change but not sure how that affects list sizes as the old rule was upgrading a rookie but now you can play rookies without upgrading, assuming that rule doesn't exist.

The Scott twins are both arsehats.

As Clarko said a while back, if you look at the history of pick 1s, very few have ended up being the best player of the top 10. Maybe Riewoldt in 2000, Cooney in 2003 from a weak top 10 and maybe Whitfield in 2012 with Macrae at 6. More recently, Rowell but not clear - Anderson etc. Judas, Ugle Hagan and Cadman - won't know for a fair while. Lots of misses from the experts over 20 years.

The majority are still exceptional players, McKercher may end up better than Reid, but at this point in time Reid is the obvious best option for pick 1 of the available players.

Yep, I'd happily go to the draft with our current picks of 2,3, 15, 17, 18, and pick the best available.

I don't disagree with Geelong taking a hard stance on Esava

Port is a direct competitor for 2024, they should make it as painful as possible for them to improve.

Perfect Mackay cover for 12 months, then send him to Port for 24 lmao

The only reason we should be chasing Picks 7 or 8 is to use 3 top 10 picks on draft night and not to package two of them up to move up one position in the order.

To have access to three likely elite juniors and restrict every other Club to one in the top 10 will have a huge impact not only our rebuild but the speed of it.

Imagine those three on top of Sheezel/Wardlaw/George. All in the space of 2 years. Seriously.

I don't why people would sacrifice a 3 to 1 ratio of top 10 picks by giving WC a second pick and reducing us to two picks also - if we picked up 7 or 8.

Reid's unlikely to be that good to piss that advantage away.
