I've seen these types of trades mooted a few times, just a heads up that the GC have no need to salary dump anyone, let alone Flanders as he is out of contract anyway. We will not be getting 5 and Flanders for a token pick, we will be lucky to get Flanders and 5 for our future first rounder.

We also don't have pick 19 as we traded it last year for Brayden George.

See if we have any takers for Port's 1st Rounder (15-18 overall) in exchange for a established key defender if McKay leaves.
If McKay does indeed leave, we have to get pick 2 and then just take Curtin. Will be a big year for Corr and Curtin to hold down those 2 spots until Griff comes back and gets a few games under his belt.

Unless something extraordinary happens next week, we'll be taking Reid. The JHF season and even last season shows we don't waver from the top of our board.

Should there be a pick 2 compo for McKay then perhaps that is movable but again, I doubt it. Take the two kids we think are the best in the draft two years running.

All these ridiculous trade scenarios are just that, ridiculous.

The 19 would be 20 from WC. 1,38>2,20.

Nah GC don’t need the points this year.

They need less picks, not more, because they have to open up list spots for every pick they take into the draft.

They would either want to get a pick before Walter (so 1 or 2), or more realistically, they’d want our F1. Maybe we can help consolidate their picks too, so they don’t need to delist so many players to get the academy kids.

I’d be looking to live trade for edwards with ports pick.

Solves a fair few issues structurally with those 4.

Wouldn’t be against taking a stop gap defender and taking Watson also instead of curtin.

7000 days of no finals wins, and a 11 win season with BS as coach might do that to you.
