I can find evidence that I thought Petracca was a cool name.

You people need to listen to me. My calls are solid
I'm pretty flat that Shadeau Brain hasn't really come on.

Phillipou a big no for me, does nice things (like very good opposite foot) but he is an incredibly frustrating player who makes some awful decisions under pressure, fumbles and goes to ground a shit tonne in at clearances ,when he does get the ball cleanly a lot of hack kicks and handballs to teammates under pressure. Dont be fooled by his stat lines.
Fair enough, i will forward this to the recruiting department

Whoever said Schubert is another Jefferson is spot on. Unco as, never takes a contested mark, what is the point of your height? Weak one on one. The only marks he seems to take are when hes wide open. Chest marks too much, clearly shows a lack of confidence in his hands. Seems to hate contact which is what you definitely dont want in KPF. Big NO again for me sKing.

So another Tom Fullerton.

Dyson Sharp is probably the safest player ive seen, hes a beauty, plays both ways, hard, good reactions and disposal under pressure, decent forward craft. He doesnt do anything amazing but there isnt anything he does bad, solid B+ across the board. Future captain written all over him. If I was Geelong id be doing everything I could to move up for him, hes exactly what they need.

I said it but pretty sure someone else called it earlier, I just went and watched the tape to verify. Not a fan at all for mine, also a horrible technique for goal.

KPFs are so overrated in the current game, sure you don't want to be running two absolute spuds like we have been in the past but as long as you have 2 AFL level talls you will be fine. Look at Brisbane in the finals, their most dangerous players were generally always at ground level.

The best Key Fowards can also beat you at ground level too.

Whats this love for inside contested beasts? Sharp and Grieves? Is that you Goodwin?

Lindsay and Doverston for me (if Grlj doesn’t slide).

Last years finals would indicate you still need guys who can win the ball. They just need to be able to use it as well.

Didn't say thats who i want us to draft, just that I think they will be good players. Both can play forward, take a grab and kick goals. Not like they are a Viney or Oliver and useless in forward 50.

I like him!

I go back to what Paul Roos said years ago. Draft midfielders in the top 10, key position players are a hit or miss, midfielders majority of the time at least have a solid career. Trade for KPP when you know what you’re getting. Like what we did with May, Lever and Ben Brown.

That said I like Sam Cummings, powerful
contested ball winning midfielder that can also play forward, take a mark and kick a goal.

Jacob Farrow, played majority of the year on the half back line and rebounds with speed and a very good kick, been compared to Hayden Young. But he also had a run though the midfield and with agility gets out of tight situations and uses his kick to deliver the ball forward.

Picks 7-8 Cummings and Farrow I think are a perfect combo, both can play midfield but are dual position player with one going forward and one going to the half back line. If Dyson Sharp slips, or Oliver Greeves would be a good pick, any combination of those 4 I think I’d be happy with.

Pick 37, which will be closer to pick 30 draft night, Latrell Pickett, I know he’s Kozzy’s cousin but even so, watching his SANFL seniors debut highlights, where he kicked 4 goals, this kid has some tricks up his sleeve. For a small forward I’d rather use a 2nd round pick on him than a 1st on Dovaston.

And to finish off, Kalani White, Big man utility.

2 midfielders, small forward, and a big man. Perfect draft.

Phantom drafts have our pick 37 coming into about pick 33. They also have Latrelle at about pick 30. So we may need to move up slightly.
Stop wasting picks to move up! :madv1:

Why draft a tall forward, when we'll trade one into the club next year.?

bKing is on the radar.
