Our role in the NWM trade drama is that of getting a big offer with which to go back to the other clubs with to up theirs. Are we still any chance of getting NWM or has that ship sailed?
According to the club the window is open nowNWM would fully open the window next year
It is, but only a crackAccording to the club the window is open now

Jordan Dawson Mk2Would we let NWM run his own show like he does now?
We would if we were smart……….so obviously we would not do thatWould we let NWM run his own show like he does now? And try to get the ball into his hands at each opportunity?

Of course we would.
I think he'll be able to play wherever he wants with the money we'd be playing him.We don't utilise outside players very well historically
If Mac Andrew is getting $1.3 mill a year, NWM is worth $5I’m finding it hard to get my head around where the cap is at. $1.5m seems obscenely high, think I’m still stuck in the days where $800k was band 1.
For sure, every cent of it.Worth it!
Think he'll get more than 5 bucksIf Mac Andrew is getting $1.3 mill a year, NWM is worth $5
How many clubs have outside players like NWM?We don't utilise outside players very well historically
Kenny's having a great time. Getting paid $600k a year with absolutely no pressure.
The Saints have reportedly offered the same amount of money as us and option for the same amount of years (strange move in itself as I would have offered him $1.5M given they are chasing TDK with $1.7M). We will need to significantly beat Port Power's offer if there's any chance. Most likely and the general public know due to friend connection Port would be where he wants to play, but is it the right career move for him? Probably not?
Is playing with your friends and staying middle of the table then eventually play finals but outside your prime, want he wants out of his career?
Or move to the cross town rival who's finals window is about to open and you can still hang out with your mates in personal time but have a better chance of achieving onfield success whilst in your prime?
or stay at Stkilda get a bunch of money but be alone off field and never achieve anything other than personal success.
It's clear that a move to SA will benefit him it's simply a matter of weighing up doing what's best for his career or personal preference.
