.You are correct! No female players at Boronia received match payments for EFNL games in 2025, nor other remuneration such as sign-on fees or performance bonuses. I can't answer for 2026, but I expect that some clubs, like Boronia, will explore the possible use of the modest women's salary cap.just like your not paying female players Dave.....

If we want to start paying local women, then U19 males should put their hands out.You are correct! Thats not going to be a favourable takeIf we want to start paying local women, then U19 males should put their hands out.
Just to clarify your comparing division 3 efnl training to AFL training? I donāt know which take is worseIt's all relative isn't it?
Some Div 4 players get paid. I bet that would make a lot of AFL players giggle.
As for Stephenson trying to return the AFL, I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to try. It's not like the training requirements for VFL/AFL are much different to EFNL these days (2 nights a week minimum, sometimes a third).
Sorry, should have left that part as VFL. I meant VFL, obviously not AFL.Just to clarify your comparing division 3 efnl training to AFL training? I donāt know which take is worse

Thank you for the update this would be massive for Dromana. My mail is they won't be returning to Beaconsfield. Mick Fogarty leaving was the final straw for many players and as a result a number are moving on to other clubs. Beaconsfield in a fair bit of strife going by what I am hearing with player departures. The new coach is certainly going to have some challenges to remain competitive.
And you were worried about the salary cap in div 4scoresby have added Malone and Thompson
havenāt they turned into a powerhouse
I may be living under and old school rock but who are Thompson and Malone from? And you were worried about the salary cap in div 4![]()

Not sure either are particularly powerhouse signings tbh but might be alright

Casing point here so externally you can never get a recruit and post ā**** not exactly what we hoped for but hey for the price tag and how many said no our hands were tied this is the best we could getā but do coaches have these conversations privately?Nothing wrong with blowing the trumpet at this time of year!
Who the fck is Spruiking? This thread is "2026 player moves - ins and outs, signings and departures". I am just posting who they have recruited. If that's not what you want, then change the name of the thread.Unlike EB where they spruik reserves recruits as the saviors
Very good player Palmer. Had a solid year at Skipton and played in a premiership in the Central Highlands FNL. Norwood still coming from a long way back as they should have been relegated.Jesse Palmer former Port Adelaide and WAFL player has signed with Norwood. Well done to them on keeping there young group together and adding some quality to there side. Will be big improvers. Bayswater to be the struggling team this year with a lot of good players leaving and not much coming the other way.

Stop that, we can't have positive posts about EB.Rams 4-5 recruits so far have been quality
