He was terrible against the lions, he was slow and and couldnt stick a tackle and has poor foot skills he is just a battler

Can’t really remember his game v the lions stats wise he looked good
Maybe he is going back to the vfl to get some midfield mins before coming back into the 1s and into the midfield?

He’s contracted for next year so doubt he’s going anywhere

Only thing that I can think of are his tackle numbers being low and Mini did say in his presser this week that he was very disappointed with the pressure we applied to the lions and how it lacked

His pressure acts quite high from a numbers standpoint but maybe he had a few coach killler moments where he gave his man to much space and didn’t attack the player when he should of

I don't think it's the end of Ross. In fact I think he will be sub. He needs a retirement or 2 to be best 22. Especially as Hugo, Sonsie didn't come on this year..

Is 4 changes in the forward line too much.
Pickett on the wing where he plays way better.

l am happy with the ins. Kmac and Graham just don't get dropped.

He wasn't alone there.

Ross going out and MRJ coming is one of the most ridiculous selection decisions the club has come up with in
Recent years and that is saying something .
One thing that was hoped with Dimma leaving was improved selections which occurred in the short term but has gone beyond what was previously experienced now S

What game were you watching? He was solid when the rest were horrid. His kicking is a strong part of his game these days, it was poor to average but credit where credit is due. I don't see him as a battler at all, he holds the ball and has the confidence to do so, which too me is a sign of a good player.

Even if his game was poor, it was 80% better than Graham, Pickett and McIntosh's games.

terrible call to drop Ross, he's the one youth player who should be selected ever week...
We won't make finals, so dropping him is detrimental for the coming years.
Yeah, nah
He is a midfielder, not a wing, he should go back to VFL and start racking up 35-40 and win a spot in the AFL centre square (like Miles once did).

Enough gifting games. Bash the door down Jack, JRTI. Bauer did it!

200+ game player and 26 when Prestia retires, force the meatball into retirement early son.

About time the VFL players stood up and got some our Premiership pretenders dropped ffs.

I mean they play totally different positions

Game gifting is a little strong when he has been consistently in our best across a season.

Won't hurt him to go back having said that and so as you say, become a legit midfielder who gets his nose dirty, he has been made to play outside and if he can turn into an inside mid, then we have a player. Besides, who else is there.
