Now that we're just a month out from the finals, it's time to revisit a few predictions and reassess some of the fringe contenders. Let's take a look at the contenders for the last two Top 8 spots and have another crack at piecing the finals together

Panthers & Sharks are my tips for 7th and 8th.

That win by the Knights has put them right back In the frame. They have the Tigers next week which pretty much becomes an elimination final.

I was expecting the Panthers to get the job done but they sh*t the bed. Another tough away trip to Townsville next week.

Broncos will be there now, with that draw it basically gives them an extra win. Their next 2 games are at home too. Should play finals.

See what happens today, expect Sharks to beat the Dragons who are hopeless. Sets up another elimination style game next week against the Warriors.

Tigers the only team outside the 8 that can make it I reckon. But would need results to go there way. Reckon 8 is set. Interesting battle for 3rd and 4th.
