Has the media fooled the general perception of this bloke, or is he truly better than a Goddard or Hayes.
And has he had a better year this year as opposed to future hall of fame midfielders such as Judd & Ablett in the last 5 years?, according to some media experts he has.
He's racked up the cheap possessions this year while Collingwood have won games & Didak has got the number 1 tag, not to mention he's been favoured more by the interchange than any player i've ever seen.
No surprises he has looked better with the inclusion of Ball, one of the hardest inside players I've seen. And Scott Pendlebury going to another level this year, and taking alot of the inside possessions.
Has this bloke ever had an influence on a finals game?... more specifically, a finals game that has led to a tight fought Collingwood win.
Untaggable my ***.
I seem to remember players like Ablett and Judd having more of an influence in games that matter in the last couple of years while continually copping the hard tag, than Swan has had this year in tight games.
And today proved to me that Hayes is more of an elite midfielder in the comp, than Dane Swan is.
