About face by Mark Robinson

In an amazing about face, Mark Robinson states in his latest article ( May 14 ) that Matthew Knights misinterpreted his article on May 13.

Robinson claims that the information about Damian Peverill and Jason Johnson being delisted at the end of 2008 was leaked from another source ( which I guessed ) but was not stated by Ray Horsburgh in the article.

Unless, I have forgotten how to read and understand English, the article from the 13th at least implies if not directly states that the comments about Peverill and Johnson were tolf to Horsborough by Knights.

Robinson even appeared on KB's show on SEN on the 13th to discuss the article and gave no explanation that the comments attributed to Horsburgh about Johnson and Peverill came from another sourse.

Have journalists plummeted so much since I left Australia 6 years ago.

EFC should be careful in any future dealings with Mark Robinson.

Of course, Robinson could be sued for Libel for attributing quotes to Horsburgh in an article on the 13th and then retracting them in an article on the 14th.

i met mark robinson and mike sheehan at essendon's team of the century. they are both clueless overpaid ####s.

knights comes out and says essendon won't be trading heavily...so what does robbo do...writes an article about who essendon should trade...absolute knob head. reckon he must be mates with horsburgh (possibly dine together looking at their guts) and wrote this article in defence of his ray ray.

also the same idiot that keeps bringing up the hardwick rubbish.

Mark Robinson has such excellent inside contacts at Essendon that after the article "The Trady Bunch" was printed Scott Lucas instructed his manager to contact Robbo to find out where that info came from and how true it was. If he was so clueless why would he bother?
