So we can conclude Training mode, along with single player mode just never existed and they’ve taken us for a ride since day 1 🤣 I swear this mob never fails to deliver on failing to deliver.

I have given everyone the weekend off, except the live-ops/QA guys, there may be some patches over the weekend but likely not.

We've got a new kick on the run design that we want to implement on Monday, it will take the weekend to make sure it's balanced.

As a head's up, we've heard loud and clear that goal kicking on the run is too easy - so, subject to further change, it's changing to a meter with a central line, indicating the center of the goal. For left footers it will fill from the left, for right footers from the right. So you charge up to the point on the goal mouth that you want to kick, dead centre is the line in the middle, then hook/slice for footedness and wind take effect after. If you're a good kick then the speed of the fill is slower, and margin of error less (bad kicks might have from outside the point post to outside the other point post as the possible target, good kicks may have between 1 meter outside the goal posts.

This is great. Will set shots also be fixed, that feels like an even bigger problem?

Loving this for goals on the run…….are you and your team also thinking of implementing this into set shots too?especially into the second part, which is for timing of the kick?

Decided to purchase the game today.
If this monstrosity is what we have two weeks of patching from release, what in the name of little baby Jesus was produced on day 1?

All I want to do is coach Richmond to a flag.
•I can’t use the sub properly.
•There’s no wind
•My 5 year old could nail 100% of set shots
•Marking and spoiling no longer part of the sport?
•More crashes than a smash up car derby
•Is it touch football against AI? No tackling.
•Management mode seems unfinished.

Can’t remember a more diabolical mess of a game release.

That said, I’ve released my frustration, anger and thoughts and have to give due credit to BigAnt for the time they’ve spent fixing it and hope they can get it where they want it! I won’t return the game, I’ll hold the faith!
 
Seriously Big Ant, fix your flawed game.

I have lost commentary in 2 of the last 3 games I've played. As soon as the conclusion of the quarter takes place, the game stalls. Literally sits there and does nothing and I'm forced to turn the PS5 off an on. Weeks into its launch this is so disappointing and unacceptable to see.

Of course this geek I was playing online quits because I was kicking his arse by 30 points, how pathetic.

Maybe get better at the game bro-ski.

The game is too easy even on hardest. Once adapting to the teleport tackles (again!!) the timing is simple.
Heading into the final round against Fremantle, I'm top of the ladder by 2 points (Collingwood had a draw that enabled this), shouldn't lose from here but anything is possible!


Almost Dom Sheed like accuracy. I like how the ball looked like it wasn't going to make it, but it did. I did a goal like this myself earlier on where it looked like it curved in real time, but on the replay it was dead straight.



This was called as a boundary throw in!
