Needs to prove he can stay on the field, if he does that he can become a very good player. His best is definitely behind him, doubt his back will ever be 100%

He’s still only 25 so he’s still got a while to stay in the system. We just have to be cautious with this recovery and not rush him back in. He still has an important role in our forward set up. Can he get back to or atleast his near best? I think so.

Some people are so precious with Collingwood it's amazing. 2 years out with serious injuries do NOT make a player better, this may shock you.

I said if he gets back he can still end up a very good player, but selective reading is strong.

I'm more hopeful than expectant on Elliott. It seems it now can only be a combination of mismanagement and a failing body. It's worse if there is no mismanagement.
