Back on topic: why do peeps go to Red Rooster when you can buy the exact same thing (BBQ chicken) from the supermarket for half the price?

As a person who enjoys eating down a whole roast chook on the occasion, while there are probably better options out there to supermarket and fast food chooks I much prefer a Red Rooster chook to the $10 Coles and Woolies one as the stuffing and flavour is much more to my liking.

The supermarket ones can pretty variable in quality, sometimes they can be very fatty and greasy.

Because when I go to the supermarket at dinner time they're seemingly ALWAYS sold out.

Chicken Treat is appalling, everything they sell is about two thirds of the size of a Red Rooter equivalent. Plus there's a general air of poverty about the joints. Whether it's the consistently outdated storefronts, their inability to ever update the logo... it just feels povo.

Red Rooster has gone considerably downhill I think. Great chips though. So good I feel like them now.

i love rooster rolls. dont care that they're microwaved. a perfect combination of meat, mayo, soft seseme seed bun and sogginess.

Felt like garlic bread one night so stopped at drive thru. Saw chick take it out of freezer and throw it into microwave for about 90 seconds.
When i got home it was saturated and frozen in the middle. I wasn't surprised, just disappointed.
