How about we get some other opinions from people on this board. I think that both sabre and macca have their good points but they aren't really saying the whole truth. Justin Longmuir is a good player macca, trust me. Heath Black is also quite good.

Is 17 goals in one quarter almost a record???

Freo should let Pavlich come back to the Crows as he wants to play for us. Its not fair such a good player should be condemed to the wooden spoon.

For what its worth though, Freo will beat Melbourne this week

I say this becasue they can't lose every match and we play them the week after

That's interesting Jars I never knew he was a Crows play to start off with. Why did the Crows let him go in the first place?.

Freo are pretty ordinary. There are a lot of Lion supporters today saying "thankfully it was Freo" as the Lions played so poorly, (as they have all year), any other team would have belted them, not allow a zillion goals to be scored in the last 20mins

Fremantle are shit.

Now before anyone starts with the "Yeah but the Roos are 15th" stuff...

I stated before the season that Fremantle would be 16th, and was chastised by sabre_ac for daring to think this. Nothing I have seen has made me change my mind. They will probably win a couple of games at home, but are hopeless away, and will be lucky to win 5 games for the year. How they have avoided the wooden spoon thus far is mind-boggling.

The Roos are playing appalling footy at the moment, and are going probably just as bad as the Dockers. The difference is, the Roos have the same core of players that have got them into finals and grand finals.
Fremantle have the same core of players that have kept them consistently near the bottom and have gained the services of Bell, Metropolis and Carr while losing Clement, Holland, Sinclair, Callaghan, and Harding. Net loss in my opinion.
Modra is also a year older and is struggling.

Darky im not going ova the whole fremantles wooden spoon thing but.

Bell+Metro+Carr>Holland+Sinclair+Callahan+Harding

Bell is a 30 + player and has been playing like that
Metro has been a solid defender
Carr is a league leader in marks and kickers
All 3 have brought great depth to our side

Holland was in the wafl and would still be in the wafl if at our club
Harding hasnt played a senior game for the eagles
Callaghan is a good player but not regquired at the dockers.
Sinclair is a joke and thank god we lost him
.
Definitely not a net loss
I would say were way out the front.

Then why have you gone backwards?

Btw, Harding has played seniors for the Eagles, Holland is playing some decent footy at Collingwood, Clement is starting to do the same, Callaghan has been very good for the Saints, Only Sinclair has been disappointing, but his last two games have shown improvement over the first two.

Pavlich was a Crows player? Unless Woodville-West Torrens have gone from one bird nickname to another, I think not.

FYI, there is a football competition in Adelaide called the SANFL. "Never heard of it", you say? It's where some players are recruited from. Because a player is of SA origin doesn't make him a former Crows player.

You've proven your stupidity once again.

You've proven your stupidity once again.

You are a defenceless Moron

I never said he was a Crows player

I said "come back to play for the Crows" - ie come back from Perth to Adealaide to play with the Crows, because that's who he WANTS to play for not who he did play for

Yes he's from the Eagles. No shit I am an Eagles member, I think I know this.

I was at Adelaide Oval on Wednesday watching a SAFNL game and the Friday before, so I may know a bit about it. Where were you, you brat???

Why you would bother trying to be pedantic and get it WRONG I don't know.

You have still yet to make any comment of any value.

Don't drive angry!!

Nope......Freo are definately not in front.

pps Pavlich from SA?? Another Lyle, Bond??? Back to Crows or Port when his contract is up for sure.

Where was I? Are your eyes painted on? Why not look where I am before you sound off, makes it kinda hard to attend every game.

You say I've yet to make a comment of any value.

Make up your mind, you fully agreed with me in an earlier post.

I hope Pavlich stays with the Dockers. Last time I saw him at the Left Bank he seemed pretty happy with where he is playing footy.

I feel he has the potential to be club captain one day if he stays here.

You know what, now that we've established that you DO support an SANFL club and who that club is makes the reasons for wanting Pavlich possibly selfish ones.

Perhaps you're hoping he'll be dropped and can spend a majority of his time in the 'reserves', like Brett Burton.
