I'd like Richmond to have a look at Jeremy Barnard - Sandringham's coach this year.
3 time East Perth premiership captain, has coached an EDFL premiership, and now a TAC cup premiership. The guy is a winner and a great leader.

Guy is just a great bloke, very smart, and can coach. He'd be a great coach at an AFL club, and RFC should have a look at him before someone else does.
