Great call. As much as I enjoy the debate over who we're going to take, I can't wait until Saturday, when we find out for sure what's happening.
Fairly safe to say that Cooney's ours, but anything can happen after that. My faith's in Newport to make the right decision

It's quiet funny, really.
Everyone has touted Cooney as the number one pick. No arguments from me there. However, there are about 6-7 guys that, according to what I have read, could go at a possible number two. I can't wait and see what unveils.
The way I see it, Sylvia and Walker won't be available for our second selection, and so, if the media is right about Ray being the next Simon Black, we should go for him. But I wouldn't mind Raphael Clarke - a medium sized forward who is ready to play in round one - I have seen him play and he will be a great asset for us. However, I would rather take Ray or Dunn.

Nothing here that would improve our list and that we don't already have. Remember we have already picked up Street, Rawlings, Koops and Morgan from other clubs during this trading period.

According to Matt Burgan of AFL.com.au, the Bulldogs will pick up Joel Campbell (Pioneers/Alice Springs) with our third pick in the draft, not that that means anything really, but any info on him?
