Hawks Coaching Update!

Hardwick to Port
Barker Development ass coach at Hawks
C.Fagan and K.Sheldon were chased to head up the footy dept and overlook the coaches, knocked back by Hawks as they have jobs at Melb and StK.
Still on the lookout for the right man who is fully experienced to coach the coaches

Truth about Pagan

Pagan was gone before RD22 and was to be sacked the 5th Sept after the board meeting on the 4th. The AFL stepped in and threatened the club if they went ahead with it they would recieve limited funds from the AFL ongoing. So they had to go back and keep Pagan on after a 15min board meeting on the 5th after interviewing Mitchell.
Mitchell will not be at the club next yr.
Pagan will have anew strong minded footy manager to control him and make him play the kids for the next 2 yrs and then in 2009 Silvangi will replace him after having 2 yrs fulltime as an assistant coach. ( pies are into him)

if true then must say i'm rather pleased. Gotch hasnt really helped in player development much, and it would be good to see if brown can hopefully build on a coaching career....

Well now he has covered both bases: Thompson is a certainty to leave, and Thompson is a certainty to stay. Now he can claim, either way, that he got it right.

He is a complete and utter tool. If only the wider BigFooty community could recognize this...

I have no idea if Bee Dee is right or wrong, but is it possible that since grant Thomas was sacked the Cats have changed their mind? It would be harder to get the right coach if two teams are chasing him.

Hey clown lm not the one having a bit each way,Brian Cook looked at the next option if Bomber refused the terms on the 2007, im just telling you what happens at the time. I guess no one changes their minds do they?
