Looks like the first round of cash out offers are coming out for the NRL

Laying on betfair is ~$315 profit at the moment by my calculations so this is actually a fairly solid offer given the market rates.

Penrith point differential is a huge 193 next best is sharks at 134 despite the ladder up top being a logjam, I'm happy to ride it they are basically 2.98 betfair minus commission costs so you'd end with less than 1000 profit, they just Thrashed Storm in Melbourne.. also they get Cleary back towards finals I think, did A hammy 5 weeks ago, estimate was 6 weeks return

What's the point in riding it? Take the $500. Throw $333 on another platform at $3 odds to get a grand if they win. Either way end $167 on top, if not $1,167 if they win.

huh? if you withdraw 500 and use 333 .. youll only find 2.80- maybe 2.90 on a non commissioned site, betfair maybe 2.98 minus all the commission (think league is taxed at like a larger rate too 10 %??) how are you making 1167 if they win...

If you put 333 on at say 2.85 fixed odds at a bookie you win 616 PROFIT.. plus the 167 spare.. so 783 total. you are including the stake in your wnnings

This is all based on the initial $10 outlay. Withdraw the $510 and you are $500 up. Put $333 of that on them at $3 odds and that $10 turns in $1,000 + the remaining $167 if they win.

You did make me second guess myself but Im 99% sure I'm correct here. Happy to be proven wrong though!

oh ok yeh I think i get you so you're guranteeing yourself 167 even if they lose.

Yeah like has already been said there is zero case to be made for not cashing out. Even if you want to ride out Penrith there is more money to be made just cashing out and re investing
