Just reading back a few pages to find if anyone else was questioning the enemy leveling issues and thought i'd revisit this. And completely agree as well. I was still using a level 26 pistol at level 34-35 or so because the fire rate (around 17-18) and clip size (56 i think) made it carve through everything, even though the damage was only 700 or so. I prefered it over a pistol i had that had damage over 4,700 with a clip size of only 8. Actually any weapon with a shit fire rate i just got rid of to be honest and i completely moved away from assault rifles.
You'll find on UVHM that weapons quickly lose their power. My level 53 pistol is now pissweak at level 55.

So i switched to UVHM and it starts a new ggame, if i go back to the menu and change to normal mode, will all the quests i had still left to do still be there?

What do you mean i won't get some rewards for 50+ in UVHM?

So along with having Telltale make a plot-driven Walking Dead style game about Borderlands, now a prequel is coming?

Do the developers think they have some kind of amazing story within this series?

I'll take it, always enjoy playing through these games and the story for BL2 was reasonable, so we'll see how they handle their third effort.
Just hope Borderlands 3 isn't too far away for the PS4/X1/PC, replaying BL2 on the Vita will tide me over for a while.

I love BL2 immensely, but I don't play it for the story that's for sure. I'll probably skip the Telltale game, unless it's really good. (or I'm bored one day)

They said recently that Borderlands 3 is a while off as they don't know what direction they want to go in.

That would suggest it is 2-3 years away at least

You'd think so, sounds like they're right at the base of it.
I haven't been through any of the Borderlands 2 DLC. I'd hope some of it's included with the PS Vita edition, I don't particularly like buying digital content unless it's a PS+ type deal.

I bought the initial Gamepass and I'm pretty sure I only played through the first DLC.

By then I had reached level 50 which was the cap at the time and gotten my fun out of it. I have the game again thanks to PS+ so I might go back and complete the other 3 DLC sets I paid for.

It really was one of my favourite games of the generation and probably the most time I spent with a game in 2012 (that or Far Cry 3).

Count me in too. Borderlands 2 is great, i probably haven't plunged as many hours into it as you lot, but 250+ is enough to call myself a fan.

Finally gotten stuck in to this after having completed borderlands one late last year. Playing as Aston and i'm absolutely loving it very addictive although I am finding the boss fights are a pain which have frustrated me at times, anyway currently having way more fun doing all the side missions and looting to build up my leveling and visiting crazy Earl for his liners lol. So much fun.

I like these games, the only thing that frustrates me and prevents me from coming back is having to fight through the same dudes and backtrack so much. Don't have the patience for it.

I concur. Though being able to farm and gain XP is a big plus.

The only thing that annoys me about Borderlands games is constantly having to compare and pick between weapons, otherwise, really addictive and enjoyable game. Probably played through Borderlands 2 story ~10-12 times which is nothing compared to a lot of others.
