Is $75 linear meter good price for 6 foot treated pine fence ?

I paid $91 with capping.
This is capped as well. It's the first quote but it's well under my expectation on what I thought it would be. Might just go with it.

Are they any good? Generally get what you pay for etc.
Don't know much about them other than 5 google reviews. All 5 star reviews. I'll take a punt on him I think.

Do you need your neighbours to agree?
I've left my contact deats on their front door for 2 weeks and they havent contacted me. I need the fence up asap, I have a dog.
Knock on the door and greet the neighbours?
No one lives in the street, all houses are mid construction

You need to contact them in writing, and keep a copy for future reference, these details can be sort at your local shire office.
If they don't agree to your pine fence, they will only be liable to the cheapest option that was available and they dont have to pay you until their pads is down.
The estate has a covenant. Can only have pine capped fences. This original quote has trumped the other 2 by $400+ so can't see them firing up.
Fence is up, but organized by the neighbours. Glad I never executed on the quote. Would have had a double up. Pissed but happy at the same time.

How does the price compare?
Still haven't talked to them. I move in next week. Will catch them at one stage
2 weeks and NBN still can't give me a set up date.

Booked mine last week, getting connected tomorrow.
Envy you, going insane without it, phone not doing the job. Planned it a week before I moved in and still can’t get a date. Could be weeks yet, also will be slapped with a $300 install, did you get that ?

Does anyone have any experience in building an extension onto a house? Or basically making the main room bigger to able to include an ensuite.

In a position right now where I can buy the rental I'm living in, approx $420k, but it's a 3x1 or buy a larger house with 2 bathrooms already with a budget of approx $550k, which is not super easy in this market!

Good luck. Mine went down in March followed by a two month delay due to shortage of bricklayers. Almost up to lock up stage now.
It would depend on lots of things location, materials and standard of finish.
