Love it H.The really "nice" part about that is that we can make history every week now for the rest of the year. Nothing like being a pioneer is there.

I agree, I just want to go further than noble
Stop being a peanut if possible - you know that the Walsh review will not be looking at Amarfio. And we will.
Assessing Armafio, Rawlings and co is going to take longer, which I why Walsh has been engaged.
Noble is different as he must go now as performances indicate that quite obviously.
Rightly or wrongly, he is the head coach and we are an absolute joke of a team under his "coaching".
The others well, let's see what happens.
You would have had a ball at my place on the weekend then.I got Kayo this year just to see North. How do you reckon I’m going?
I actually cheer when it starts buffering.

If you actually read what the scope of the review was you'd know. Why not?

It's very easy to spot at Geoff Walsh appointed to advisory role at Arden St
"reviewing the operations of the football department"
Like Is this frigin club serious. 5 wins in 2years and they have to do a review. Sack him today get it over with . They’re making it more painful that should be .Percentage less than 50 for 2022 as well. Truly horrendous.
No.And?
Armafio is part of that.
No.
He's above the football department.
The point was that pre- seasons are multi-dimensional.Yeah I've posited a few times that we over corrected on adjusting the pre season and I think it would explain a few things. The gameplan aspect of it just baffles me though.
In the organisational structure he sits above the football department. No he isn't.
Fixed. The club has been in decline ever since Brayshaw forced Eugene out
In the organisational structure he sits above the football department.
The CEO is not part of the football department. No that isn't correct.
The CEO is not part of the football department.
You clearly do not understand corporate structures.
The CEO has a responsibility for all parts of an organisation but that doesn't mean they are part of the football department, HR department, membership department etc even though they all report to the CEO. The role of the CEO is over arching above each department.
Yep.As stated publicly, Walsh is reporting through to Amarfio, and then subsequently, the Board. I'd be amazed if Amarfio is immediate fallout from the review.
If there are mass changes within the football department, then I would expect that Amarfio would be asked to present to the board as to how it went wrong under his watch and may then come under scrutiny and review from Sonja and co.
What do you do again?
I'd love to know as i'm pretty sure I have you covered in that regard.
Hahahaha
I hear what you're saying and yes, he would be involved, but Nadine Cohen was recruited into the organisation as GM Government Relations specifically to oversee our engagement with the Victorian Government around the Arden project. She would be more hands-on than anybody in this regard.Yep.
Amarfio would be neck deep in The Arden Street Redevelopment. Giving him the flick now would be pretty catastrophic in relation to what we see as securing our financial future.
Big picture, etc, etc.
