Anyone else watching? I might even go, I like that Port Melbourne ground and it should be a ripper!

yeah gonna be good, looking forward to watching Bail. Was really good at AFL level last week and should show his class here.

What's going on with Addam Maric? Isn't listed as injured and hasn't been playing for Casey reserves, seniors or the Demons.

Told the club he's off to GWS? :p

LOL, hope so!

On paper, we will ****ing brain them, but Casey are as up and down as the friggin' dees!

Bail will be too good, along with Bate, Nicho etc...

A bit unfortunate for Werribee that Pedersen was one game away from qualifying and that North have ended McIntosh's season. Robbie Tarrant is also out with a minor knee complaint which leaves the defence pretty exposed.

Sucks, would love to see Pedo Bear out there today!

I am heading to the ground now, should be good fun, and remember kids: it's live on ABC1!

Well, that was underwhelming. The cultural problems at MFC appear to run deep. That was a pathetic effort from Casey, so reminiscent of the Demons too unfortunately.

It's pretty clear that Bate and Dunn are not AFL standard footballers. I have developed a serious dislike of Dunn, he is not an honest footballer, always trying to do the cheap things. Cheap is a good word to describe the culture of Melbourne. We like doing the easy, showy things, but have no clue about how to grind out a win, to do the 1%'s week in week out, even if it is clear you are going to win.

We have a list of spoilt, soft players and need a very mean coach and support group to come in and open their eyes to the real world.

Watching today also was a reality check for where Fev and Robbie Campbell are at. They booth looked fat and old. Fev is not our messiah unfortunately. We are just going to have to do it the hard way.

On what basis?

The culture basis mainly, Melbourne players have torn it up at Casey most of the year. They've had no problems playing good footy there (as you would expect of the seniors)

We know Melbourne have cultural problems at the moment, it isn't a cancer however.

What was the final score?
Missed the match because I was at my local league's grand final. Was able to experience one Demons outfit win a flag this year. :thumbsu:

Can't find the score online, didn't look very hard, but we lost by about 10 goals. Was a pathetic effort that was roundly berated by the VFL commentary team, particularly the hyphen, David Rhys-Jones.

Werribee won by 62 points and controlled the game all day.

It was a pretty poor effort from most of the Melbourne boys today.

I like the boy, Gawn. He's a keeper. Aside from that, there wasn't much to write home about.

The only thing Fevola did all day was to give a round arm from behind that got him reported in the last ten minutes. Would not want to be on the end of it although the Werribee player got up and was fine.

Fev would be hoping all AFL scouts were watching Collingwood-West Coast.

Brad Gotch would be dissapointed with the way you went out. Two big thrashings with questionable effort.

Then again at least your affiliate doesnt get beaten by Frankston twice during the year.:(

only an idiot would recruit Robbie Campbell, an absolute waste time and money.

Rhys-Jones said the only player that could play at AFL level is Spud McNamara. I think that says it all.

We keep Pretendergast and we die a die slow death. With have no midfield, our players can't kick and they are hopeless decision makers.

BAN ME IF YOU WANT BUT THAT IS THE TRUTH!
