Makes sense to have Howard and Dixon forward, Trengove back as the key backman, Clurey to take the second KPF, leaving Hombsch to play his best, on the third tall / intercept mark. Hartlett and Broadbent out, Houston in. Leaving Houston, Jonas and DBJ as the smalls / can play on smalls. Pittard as the +1 to break lines. Makes sense for structure and personnel we have available. Therefore chances of happening = zero.

I've been as critical as anyone, probably the most critical of young this year but he must come in off that game. Howard 8 goals. heck, I don't care what happens or what excuses he must be in.


Atley drew and Houston to come under consideration but I can live with not all of them coming in at once as long as we make the obvious changes and maybe one of those guys.

We've given Young ample opportunity at AFL level this season, I'd like to see him string consecutive games like today.

I think Atley is about due for a game too. Even though he's an inside mid, we need pace atm.

Even with the dominant performance I'm still not confident Ken will promote Dougal. His reasoning for player selections sometimes baffles me
