Time to bring in some youth and untried guys they've demanded it via the twos anyway.
Whether JOD is passed fit or not I'd still rest him this week. Dons play the three tall forwards so will stick with the three talls down back. Don't think Poulter has been bad in the two quarters he has played but he needs a full game so gets Omitted. Khamis comes in allowed Darcy to spend all his time forward. Sanders back to HF and Davo/Williams sure up the wings. Jaques can start at half back depending who gets subbed off roll him onto the wing as the game wears down.

One of the great mysteries of the year how Buss plays one debut game and although didn’t star did not look out of place at all in that game has never had another look and in the meantime Gardner gets a game.

Buss must come in, I haven't been one just watching the stats and calling for it every week, but he was very good today and deserves a decent run at AFL level, especially with where our back line is at currently. Sellwood is one i've wanted in for a few weeks and he was solid again and gives us something a bit different with a mid sized interceptor and physical player.

Buku probably comes in, was very good today and although i'm not as high as him in that 3rd tall role as his ground game and fwd pressure isn't great, he deserves a recall.

Truck can move back up to a wing to slot Sellwood in.

This is about right I reckon. Poulter wasn't given much of a run but needs to play a full game in VFL. Definitely need to transition JJ out too.
Edit: Looks like O'Donnell will be available so Busslinger might miss out - again.

We have plenty of options to rejig our backline. Buss deserves a chance if as the 3rd tall given JOD poor form for a month.

Cleary was okay so some will disagree, I just want to give Selwood a crack at that role. I just don’t rate Cleary long term.

Buku should never have been dropped. His flexibility to play both ends is huge.

Even crazy Bevo wouldn't rest Bont and bring in two debutants, plus a kid who is still going through puberty and a bloke who has had one full game in his career. That's massive disrespect to the Bombers - a sure way to fire them up. And that would probably mean the end of our season.

No idea who the changes will be - I'm happy to at least wait for Tuesday's injury report before having a guess - but I'm pleased to see the board here is still quick to turf out the players who have only just come back in.

With that sort of churn you'd think we had Maytag or Whirlpool as major sponsors.

On a more realistic note I'm hoping Harmes is now healthy and is fit enough to play a full game. However it wouldn't surprise me if they feel it's better for him to come back through the VFL.
