Changes vs Hawthorn

You are right I apologise although my intention is not to undermine, just that I am a bit jumpy about ken at the moment...Should have got my facts correct

We know you're mates with Paul Stewart and pretty much only come here to push his case and, in doing so, bag others, but you'd be taken more seriously if you commented on matters other than ones where you have a personal axe to grind.

Sorry not a mate of Paul Stewart and I do not have any axes to grind If you disagree with what I say then go for it, if you are right i will agree ..but I have absolutely no agenda

Not sure how an all action 200cm running machine that pops up in every known position on the field during the course of a game can ever be a liability. Regardless of how many touches he gets, he probably accounts for about 10% of the opposition's planning each week.
Thank you for restoring my faith.

If Lobbe fit

In: Lobbe, Cornes

Out: Wines, Krak

If not

Out Wines, Krak

In Cornes, Butcher

There is no point in bringing Ah Chee in for just one game imo. Still need that extra tall regardless, would understand but be annoyed if Ah Chee was the one that made way for Kane/is dropped for a Moore type
just read this but I'm still sitting here deciding if your being serious or not? krak looooooool

A personal view for me would be Ah Chee > Young > Moore. Young was great against North but I suspect Ah Chee is the better of the two. Would like to see both given the opportunity to nail down a spot. Moore isn't an automatic selection even though he's been useful, I just think Young has earned a decent run and have a really good feeling about Ah Chee. Think Kane is the only in.
Young is miles in front of Ah Chee -

It seems that Cornes will come straight back in. If White is fit to play and/or Lobbe is fit to play then basically there will be a player or two that is going to miss out without really deserving it, and that's just the way it is, tough calls. It may be that Ah Chee misses out and his excitement is short lived but hey, he knows he's in the mix and he keeps doing what he has been doing. Same goes with Krak. Personally I can live with Ah Chee having to accommodate for a more experienced selection because I feel that Krak has the little bit more maturity and experience to possibly be a handy acquisition for us come finals and the more games he gets the better it is for our team. Also, to accommodate Young in the side as well is most important. However the selection committee know best.

If White goes out do we bring in Amon for the slingshot plays? Or do we bring jasper upto the wing and bring in Oshea?

LOBSTER
CORNES
Monfries highest clangers with 5.... 3rd lowest disposal efficiency 54% .. watch the replay and watch him stuff up almost EVERY touch. Cant kick a ball past 35m just plain useless cant take a contested mark either.

He had the smarts not to blaze away for goal and kick it right on to the chest of Mitchell who's goal won us the game. He's a very smart player and the sooner people start realising that the better.

Early forecast for Saturday: a top of 17C with a 60% chance of showers. If it's wet, could that change the team makeup slightly?

Jake Neade to full forward suddenly wouldn't seem like a bad idea ;)

After seeing Polec on crutches tonight with a sore foot , the same as last week , I'd like to think if he plays again he won't be as in effective as he was last night , wasn't quite a weak link but he didn't make much of an impact .
As much as I'm a big fan he'd be better off resting if he's not up to his usual high standard .
Krakoer can play that role . Stewart and Moore are probably both ready for a game if needed

I really hope Arch gets to play a full game next week. I think dropping him for someone like Moore would be a bad move.

Moore is a best 22 player returning from injury. He's had 2 great weeks in the SANFL and should be an inclusion into the 22 especially now that Wines is out. If Ah Chee misses that's footy. He'll have plenty of opportunities this year if he keeps his form up.

I am 100% certain that he would be listed in this thread's outs had we lost this game.
