I can't accept playing anyone on the park who can't defend, let alone picking those players to line up in our backline.

Renoufs problem today was he was exhausted and from what I remember he didn't have much of a preseason. Get two ruck men in not Renouf plus a backman/forward.
If Rodan is going to play, make him the sub, if he's only good for one quarter of football, make it official.

Renouf competed quite well but was simply not as good as Jacobs. When you lose the ruck and the opposition have the three best mids on the ground and the best forward, it makes a three goal loss seem reasonable and quite fortunate actually.

Renouf needs to be our second ruckman, or alternatively we just need to play Lobbe and Redden.

The first change I would make would be Heartlett out of the back lines forever. Stop tring to turn him into a Brice F#####g Gibbs. Our midfield is screaming out for class so f#####g use him. And the call to use our best tall defender in the tuck was awful. The option of using Hitchcock on someone's shoulder that was suggested a few weeks back is starting to look appealing.

Lobbe and Redden thanks. Renouf REALLY labored around the ground today, driving home just how average he really is. When all are fit he has to be third choice behind Redden and Lobbe.....both played together in the same team.

Could be like Pearce like year who returned after being dropped to be one of our better and consistent players Also, remember he is in the leadership group), Schulz if injured.
